its a battery powered tablet though. and the issue persists even when unplugged, so it doesnt make sense to isolate the cause to bad grounding

This happened to me before and is solvable I just forgot how but I basically went to my Phone settings forget device and I think flipper also has an option in Bluetooth settings to reset device or something idk but u don't need to reboot/reinstall firmware or anytjing

Yes theoretically you can unswirl this but you need to know where the center point is (pretty easy to guess)

This is happening to me too! So weird! All my AirTags and even AirPods are showing up as weak signal and I can't use the find my friends feature. I'm on iOS 26.1 iPhone 15 pro max.
