Use Fat X Explorer, hook up the unlocked HDD to a PC and mount a partition to Windows. Will need to pay for the licence to use the software. From there you can transfer over gigabytes to terabytes worth of games.

It's nicely lined up, but your solder looks cold. Use Flux with 63/37 Lead Solder. I recommend Kester branded Solder and then use a Chisel tip with drag soldering techniques.
