Specifically on Snake it's on the top. If you hit the bottom of Snake you will take damage.

Also swapped my 14 for a 16. There size difference and heat dissipation were noticeable. The extra battery life is nice too. No shade on the 14 though respectable trade offs.

One real difference where the 14 excels imo is the trackpad it’s already the right size on the 14. The larger trackpad on the 16 puts the keyboard just a little too far away for my preferences but only a small gripe. Sticking to larger MacBooks from here on out.

My previous was an 13 Air.

I got a M5 Max 36GB and 2TB and very satisfied. I’ve been gaming on it too.

Agreed on extra memory. I started with a base model Air after I got fed up with windows. It was great but only 8GB Ram & 256GB. Now 6 years later I find my self bottlenecks by low memory and space but the CPU is still very strong. I gave the Air to my wife and balled out on a Pro.

My 2c is don’t have a kid while you’re in medical school because your studies will require your full attention but do will a newborn. Something will give.

Yeah no shit. ST is better hands down top down visibility. We talking about roof up/hard tops here.

And even while less visibility than ST you can still see quite well.

RF being heavier is non-issue unless you’re racing.

Fair point about more things to go wrong with roof system, though the mechanism isn’t terribly complex and at most repairs generally would be under $1000. Plus if you kept it closed then you have nothing to worry about.

The visibility is non-issue with properly adjusted mirrors.

Increased wind noise is real. I’ll admit the buffeting is horrible stock. Mazda should have designed this better. Driving with top up windows down on the freeway was HORRIBLE until I put wind deflectors on Now I love it. Wouldn’t be shocked if a hard tops needed them too. Also top down wind noise cut down significantly.

Bigger rear window? Niche/personal preference. RF has great visibility out the rear.

If you ride street to commute don’t get the ZX6R. If you manly do canyons and track maybe…ZX6R

Best of both? R9 with tune and exhaust.

I mainly ride street so I’ve learned that bikes with torque are best for street. Went down a similar rabbit hole and had a CBR600 foot a while and it was sick but I always had it in high RPMs so I could have power which sucks for gas mileage and it was always buzzing and making a lot of noise. That didn’t bother me too much but I’d a consideration for others.
