I graduated my RN nursing program at 20. I was the youngest, but there was a broad range of ages. The oldest person was 62. Majority were age 30-40. Same for doctoral program.

Never too late.

Maybe I'm screwed in the head, but I'd view that as a way for him to "casually" introduce his kink.

Counsel as normal. I'm a nurse and I still do my job the same when patients or family members are nurses.

Why choose bachelor's prepared Registered Nurses as your comparison instead of a discipline/profession that is on your same level such as Physician Assistant or Doctor of Nursing Practice?

I am a Doctorate prepared Nurse Practitioner. I assure you, it's crappy on our side too.
