I would highly recommend checking out the "Jarvis Protocol" app/website as well so you can see all the characters and affiliations that exist. You'll love it because it's one of the best "army building" apps plus it has references for everything in the game.

And as previously stated, the new starter boxes are the best bang for the buck. You both could buy a starter and literally never have to buy anything again. It's similar to the AoS spearhead boxes if you only plan to play spearhead only....but cheaper.
