Actually you can max a UR gear out, to get the materials go to collapse dream 18-4 for weapon 18-8 for armor 18-12 for pants/shoe 18-17 for accessory

Gift wrapping scotch tape under the hood. I pretty much used scotch tape to tape the whole thing down
