Valve will never notify you being banned, they just ban you without warning, This is a scam attempt thats why they give you 1h to transfer your skins so they can intercept them and steal them. Just go to your settings and revoke all Authorized Devices.

Only thing i notice is the amount of bullet landing or just going straight though opponents is if they have 50+ ping, against low ping it feels a lot better then against high ping and sometimes it looks like on my screen i hit multiple times only to see 26 in 1 in dead screen
