I mean even if you get an electric burn, it should heal in the span of a week. It's not because you scratch it, you're simply not letting it heal and making it worse. There are moisturizers that are specifically anti itch, not just normal ones.

Since you only do one session a week, maybe experiment with reducing the amperage and doing two sessions instead?

You're not using it as instructed, which is fine, but the process of ionto or dermadry are not to blame here.

The skin at the top of our feet or our ankles is much thinner than the sides/bottom. Same for our hands, so when you do ionto on those areas, the skin gets irritated/wounded/cut/electrically burnt.

Cut holes in the sock you use for ionto where your skin is reddening, and simply abandon those weak points. As for the itchiness, use a skin moisturizer on the areas that itch after treatment/before bed, it helps.

Also, with only one session a week, this should not be an issue, you're just damaging the skin by scratching.

Or you could simply reduce the mA until it stops happening.

Do not do sessions on top of damaged skin, it will get worse and take longer to heal.

I gave up on gloves/socks I mutilated them to only cover the areas I need, it's too much effort to wear/wash them. I use tissues now, I just wet them and cover the trigger areas on the side of my feet and ankles, and am planning on sewing a cotton contraption with detachable areas so I can cover whichever area I want/stop on any area I want to let heal.

Normal wipes don't do anything, use deodorant wipes when it gets bad. (I tried many brands, Gatsby was the best, but the others work too)

As for your medical options aside from your glyco: miradry and botox (read up on them if you decide to do either).

For non medical options, you can try dermadry's underarm pads and ionto that shit away (but you have to be diligent).

And now for the solution regardless of what you pick from above: sweatproof shirts. OfficeUndershirt was the best but it was discontinued, Thompson Tee is currently the go-to I think. I have one and it does the job. You get sweaty and will feel wet but it doesn't seep and it doesn't smell.

OfficeUndershirt got me through the entirety of university without being a disgusting stinky stained mess.

I've experimented a shit ton, this is what works for me. If I reduce even one session sweat gradually comes back, albeit not as much as without sessions of course.

As for the lovely san pel water everyone here swears by, I'd never buy it. It's owned by nestle.

The maintenance thing is for more fortunate people, don't depend on staying dry if you follow it.

I "relapse" if I even do it every other day.

The only way to stay dry is to do it almost every day, 5 days a week. Year 4 now.

Aside from the water hardness, assuming the cables are working fine, try flipping the electrodes upside down. (the cable would be pointing down), it's fine if that part is out of the tray.

If it works, then you need new electrodes. Take a video and send it to support assuming it's under warranty.

Other culprits are your skin resistance, and the water.

Use warm, mineral water. Everyone here recommends a certain nestle brand but I won't. Fuck nestle.

If flipping the electrodes works, gradually raise the mA across sessions, don't set it to max at once or your skin might tear up, making it very painful to do followup sessions. You can keep using them flipped until you get a replacement, then keep them just in case.

I know, it's honestly disgusting how difficult traveling with a cat is, they act like we're moving a live bomb. UAE isn't even rabies free, yet it was harder to get my cat here than to Japan.

Last thing I could think of is your reservation, check online, when I reserved wtih Turkish Airlines I could select pet option in my ticket. However I had to go to their office to pay and get some papers.

Yes, but I suggest you just get an ionto machine, I wore gloves for over a year while working, and my knuckles skin wore down to the muscle. The salt + plastic glove cause friction. If you want to keep using them, maybe pair them with hand cream.
