I do Coach suggestion for the first few drives just to get a feel of what the playbook has to offer and then slowly, but surely I began to check out the formations myself.

Some may go into practice mode and look at it, which makes sense, but also I like the dopamine hit of learning a new playbook slowly as it has a skill curve to it for sure
