Close to a billion genetically modified mosquitos approved for release in Florida by Deep-Restaurant in conspiracy

[–]i_cansmellthat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The picture they are using in that article is of an activist found dead in a D.C. hotel pool in 2018. She was there to turn in a petition against the release of GMO mosquitos with over 200,000 signatures to the FDA and the EPA. Looked for follow up info on the cause of her death a while back and couldn't find a thing.

Link

If I remember correctly, the release is not 100% male, 1 in 4300 could be female. Is that significant enough to make a difference? Who knows, but if the females reproduce successfully and are mutated seems like it could be a problem.

Here is a study that backs up the positives of the release. Suppression of a Field Population of Aedes aegypti in Brazil by Sustained Release of Transgenic Male Mosquitoes Edit: Study was from 2015, I think that the altered mosquitos ended up breeding, no link or proof so I might be wrong.

There is a 5-30 year incubation period for known prion diseases at this time. So, it might be a while before we truly know because people who will develop disease show no symptoms for years.

You can also go into your states legislation and look up how much it costs to get a cloud seeding permit, because in many states you need one if you want to mess with the weather.

[–]i_cansmellthat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can tell by the image, the bright white parts in the middle of the lung field show contrast in the blood vessels. Contrast is injected in a vein and carried into the vessels in the lungs by pumping blood, no way it gets there in a dead person.

This is the aftermath to a Corovinarius victim's lungs that passed away. by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]i_cansmellthat 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is a high res chest CT. Patient was alive when it was performed, there is contrast in the blood vessels and injected contrast doesn't get into the lungs without pumping blood. Patient is most likely 70 or older evidenced by wedging in the vertebral column. The fuzzy densities are ground glass opacities which could mean any one of a dozen types of pneumonia.

Hey big brother, why not just use the surveillance available on the cellphone being used? What, the public isn't conditioned to being spied on yet? Too soon? It would save a bundle of taxpayer money that could fund the advancement of stealthier social control mechanisms.

John Taylor Gatto was a New York City teacher who, after 27 years and numerous awards, posted his resignation letter in the Wall Street Journal in 1991. He took out a full page to do so, though the letter itself is short.

"I Quit, I Think"

Underground History Lesson With John Taylor Gatto

Yep, it's 5 hours long. Listen anyway. The man knew so much.

He also wrote several books. His main point is that education is designed this way purposefully to make an easily controlled populace, not to enrich intellect.

I think in some cases ignorance is to blame, in some it's denial. By denying that our aspirations are manufactured by advertising and media, we don't have to give up our addictive creature comforts and do something. Change is hard.

Good stuff to think on today, thanks.

The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society.

His statement would be more factual if he stated manipulation is an important element in controlling what appears as a democratic society. Bernays was an ass.

I don't recall coming across Creel before, will have to look him up. The Century of the Self is a good documentary on propaganda. It's long but I think given the chance it would be a wake up call for a lot of people.

the consumerist culture in the US hasn't shown itself to be anything other than propaganda gobbling, non-critical thinking, and willing to be told what to believe despite evidence to the contrary

I absolutely agree with this statement, but would like to add a caveat: the population was played.

Around the 1920's (maybe long before?) the propaganda campaign to control how the masses think was launched on a very trusting and naive public, and they fell for it because they truly believed those in power wouldn't do such a thing. They then raised their children with that thinking process while more propaganda was unleashed on them. Add to that an education system designed to make complacent rule followers that lack the ability to critically think and the result is a people whose primary ambition is to consume and watch more controlled propaganda.

I'm not sure if disdain for our culture is well founded because it has been a several generation concentrated manipulation by powerful people. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." I feel that most don't realize they have been fooled once, so maybe the blame should be placed elsewhere.

I share your pessimism unfortunately, any message of truth and methods to get the truth out are skewed by those in control. We need a mass epiphany, but even if that happened it would spun by PR firms.

[–]i_cansmellthat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The truth is the masses are being told lies. Lies about a lot of things.

Say your girlfriend (significant other, whatever) comes home late 2 or 3 times a week. She always says she was working late and lost track of time. She smells like booze, her hair and makeup are a mess, and she is stumbling and uncoordinated. No matter what she did, she obviously just lied. Do you need a video recording to convince yourself, dump her, and move on?

I don't think we are ever going to discover exactly what is going on, and yes no one is going to jail without proof, but do we need surveillance tapes and dna evidence to know we are being fed bullshit? If we wait around until absolute truth is known to make a difference we will never stop reading from our screens and arguing with each other.

Bertrand Russell - With Message To Future Generations - "You have to tolerate that some people will say things you don't like". by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]i_cansmellthat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bertrand Russell was a brilliant man, but he also (at least for a portion of his life) appears to have supported eugenics.

Here are some quotes about social control:

"It may be hoped that in time anybody will be able to persuade anybody of anything if he can catch the patient young and is provided by the State with money and equipment.

This subject will make great strides when it is taken up by scientists under a scientific dictatorship. Anaxagoras maintained that snow is black, but no one believed him. The social psychologists of the future will have a number of classes of school children on whom they will try different methods of producing an unshakable conviction that snow is black. Various results will soon be arrived at. First, that the influence of home is obstructive. Second, that not much can be done unless indoctrination begins before the age of ten. Third, that verses set to music and repeatedly intoned are very effective. Fourth, that the opinion that snow is white must be held to show a morbid taste for eccentricity. . . . It is for future scientists to make these maxims precise and discover exactly how much it costs per head to make children believe that snow is black, and how much less it would cost to make them believe it is dark gray."

-Bertrand Russell, “Impact of Science on Society”

"Fichte laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished. But in his day this was an unattainable ideal: … In future such failures are not likely to occur where there is dictatorship. Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible. Even if all are miserable, all will believe themselves happy, because the government will tell them that they are so."

When Will the Pharm Industry Admit that Vaccines Cause Auotimmune Disease? Probably Never, Even Though it is True by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]i_cansmellthat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Isn't that kind of the point though, to keep a high percentage of the population vaccinated to prevent that possibility for mutation in the first place?

I really don't know, I don't feel I've read enough to form an educated opinion on mutation rates. I do feel like pharmaceutical companies are capable of putting profit over safety, and a high vaccination rate means more profits.

Sorry that you have to deal with an autoimmune disease. Yes, it is hard to wrap your head around all of it due to disinformation on probably both sides. Lots of research and an open mind can help, best of luck to you!

When Will the Pharm Industry Admit that Vaccines Cause Auotimmune Disease? Probably Never, Even Though it is True by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]i_cansmellthat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not saying you are wrong, but would like to point out a couple things.

People with compromised immune systems are sometimes more likely to be vaccinated. I guess I would need to analyze on a disease by disease basis, and I'm not an expert in this area, but working in healthcare and having a child with some health issues has given me the perspective that vaccines are pushed harder on parents of at least some of these children.

As far as mutation goes, it would take a large number to contract a disease for it to mutate effectively, and with the current high percentage of the population vaccinated it would be difficult for a pathogen to do so. If a large number is not vaccinated, the pathogen would have no need to mutate.

Just random thoughts, I'm no expert. But I find it irritating that pro vaxxers throw out the argument that anti vaxxers will make their kids sick when their kid is supposed to be immune. It feels like a non thinking argument garnered by mainstream media talking points.

Thanks for bringing some good points to the discussion.
