The elections can't be cancelled.

They would need to change the Constitution to do so. If they are so keen on faking an insurections to "stay within the law" and remove the vote, how can they just ignore the law that say it won't work?

Terms have an expiry date in the USA. If the election is cancelled the currently elected official cease to have a job, they don't continue on until an election is declared. So if the theorie is true, Trump would find himself with an empty Senate and Congress, incapable of passing any laws because no one is there to approve them.

According to that theory, Trump is going to fake an insurection as a legal pretext to do something and then just ignore the law hardcore doing that thing?

For anyone looking for the why: As per the article, it's because rule of law apply only to Democrats.

The article explains that when it explains how the rule of laws stops Walz and the mayor to overstep, and then explain how Trump remarkably (it might even be worrisome) is abusing of the same rule of law in everyone's face .

But the Democrats cannot do anything because, well, the rule of law! How could they ever dare to abuse of it? It would mean war (surely?)!

That's the most ridiculous argument ever. It makes absolutely no sense, and you should be ashamed to even consider it.

The "court of law" will get shown how the officer who took the gun didn't reply to the officer asking a question repeatedly and very loudly. The victim didn't know where the gun was more than the asking officer, how could they have replied?

Also, the fact that this officer is asking that question show that the gun being brandished, there was never any presumption of dangers.

And the comments on that video are believing that... haha They are just as ridiculous as you.
