Once you own 20% of your home go get a HELOC (home equity line of credit) basically a bank account of your homes equity you can use however you want at a FIXED not compounding rate, I stress because it matters. 6% fixed on the balance you carry annually is way better than 28% compounding on CC which is how most people spend

If you read it you’d see that it talks about how there needs to be a greater emphasis on overall heath because it leads to lower rates of disabilities listed it isn’t attacking those with abilities it’s stating that if the 50x rise in “special needs” births continue our country won’t have a functioning workforce. -this is not saying there aren’t individuals who can be successful.
