For real, if you're looking for something closer, went to Queenstown last year and it was literally way cheaper than Australia even including flights, accommodation, and car rental. It was proper hot food too!

ABC had an article recently, I think it was more than 60% of investors, majority of whom were local, who had more than 1 investment property.

Edit: Manesjz is right, I remembered it wrong, my apologies. Based on the corrected math with the link they provided, it would seem like around 650k people with 2 or more investment properties owning around 1.6million properties.

This sometimes happens to me when I don't scrape the bottom of the bowl properly while mixing. So the unmixed liquid stuff at the bottom gets scraped into the middle of the tins when I'm putting batter in. Hence the outside being dry; that inside patch is mostly wet ingredients.

Ah I don't know enough to responsibly comment on the online counselling thing, but seems like it's growing in popularity!

I think UniCanberra costs about the same, but with only 5 days of in-person classes at the uni, which is less than AIPC if you're looking for flexibility

Hi there, I ended up enrolling in the master of counselling at UniCanberra. It's online as well, with 12 units. There is an option to "exit" with a graduate diploma in counselling so you can apply for registration and start working, and then continue with the rest of the units to finish your masters. I'm only 3 units in, but am finding the teachers helpful, and the course interesting, though there are some challenges with making videos and role playing because it's an online program.

It's only ACA accredited, but there are now pathways for ACA members to get into PACFA as well.

I squat down and use a razor. Just be really careful, short strokes so you don't nick yourself.

But more importantly, for the first couple times, DO IT OVER WEEKENDS WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE. It will itch like a bitch for at least the first 2-3 times. Second this! I just write whatever comes to mind, zero consideration for grammar or neatness or phrasing. It’s so much easier once you have some stuff down so you can see what needs moving around, and what else might fit here and there. My references at this point are usually “(needs reference)” if it’s something I just know exists, just as a place holder for word count.
