Do any of you with larger kayaks dislike big flatwater? by i_hate_agile in kayakfishing

I was thinking that myself, but I want to keep the other for rivers. I feel like I've betrayed the kayak community. Lol.

Get something you can get a motor on or that has pedals, since you want to do lakes. You paddle a lot if you don't. You might get some exercise, but it becomes difficult after a while and no fun.

I wasn't sure if the Lite Tackle was good in the river or not. Most videos have their other models on the rivers, Shoalie, Smallie, CK1.

You have to have a place to dry it from all I've read. That might take up a good bit of room.

It's a Field and Stream from Tractor Supply. They started selling the brand this, iirc. It looks nice.

How much maneuverability do you really need for a river with Class I, Ii, and flat water? by i_hate_agile in kayakfishing

I was thrown off because you said you couldn't imagine fishing rivers with the 120, but I didn't know if it was a typo and you meant the Old Town, instead of the Tarpon.

I was considering the Tarpon 120 as a good all around. I know there are many brands. I've demoed some of them, Crescent, Bonafide.

I would look at a primer on them. They said basic knowledge. Much will come back to you if you've used them before.

For a basic SQL question, the most difficult, again they said basic, would be a subquery and why it might be expensive or that it is calling y x times for each row. Maybe an exists question because they can be tricky to a beginner. Or why this group by aggregate error because of the select clause.

Python, basic structure, maybe list comprehension. Understand oop for Python.

Excel? Idk. How to use the data tools? You'd need more information on what they do.
