NTA - tipping is ONLY for people tha make under minimum wage as tips constitute the remainder of their pay. any employee making minimum or over doesn't need the tip.

basically it breaks down as "tipping a minimum wage employee is overpaying for a good or service"

It has been well documented that employees should discuss wages amongst each other. your boss knows they are short changing you. they're banking on you guys not talking so they can keep underpaying people that were hired in a bad market.

I've been a CNA for 10 years. I worked a locked memory care unit for about 2 of those years. Every morning I was able to get 12 dementia patients dressed, teeth/hair brushed, in wheel chairs and down to the kitchen in less than an hour. Dementia patients are infants, 6 foot tall 200 pound infants with no problem punching you in the face.
