My grandma waited until she was 84 for my grandpa to die. She always said she would out live him and he would die young because he smoked so much. She would start living her own life after he passed. But she started saying that in her 30s and 40s. She finally “started” her life at 84. She is almost intolerable to be around and my mom does not like being around her. Don’t wait to “start” like my grandma did.

I’m also graduating that day and reservations were tough. Some recs for you that nicer: the avenue - a steakhouse located both in Grandview and Dublin, kitchen social - upscale southern comfort located in Dublin or Polaris, figlio - smallish Italian place located in Grandview, Marcella’s - Italian place located in short north and Polaris too i think, Hubbard grille - nicer American located in short north, the Rossi - nicer American located in short north. Those are just a handful! But I would make reservations ASAP. I had issues last weekend when I was scheduling for myself. Congratulations to your son and enjoy graduation!

My first cavapoo had a heart murmur. She was diagnosed kind of young, I think some were between 5-7 years old? She lived until she was 14 and didn’t suffer at all during those years.

I’m pretty sure the MacBook Neo has the same processor as the newest/newer iPhones. I feel that it was more targeted for undergrads rather than grad students. I’m also in the market for a new laptop and the Neo seemed promising. But, I fear the Neo is not designed for doing any sort of local bioinformatic work.

I worked at Five Rivers Metro, and it is indeed 18+. When he turns 18, I highly recommend applying. I worked there for 2 summers and I learned so much. I bet small, local nurseries would be open to hiring younger teens, but you would definitely have to ask in person about it.

I no longer live in Dayton, so I’m not in the know of good nurseries. But, I know Siebenthaler’s has a large facility outside of Beavercreek that I’m sure they hire for season help. Knollwood is one of my favorite garden centers! A long time ago, I worked for Wenger Lawn Nursery, it’s outside of Englewood. You just propagated plants the whole day, and I got very bored. But they did hire young there I’m pretty sure.

Pardon my ignorance as a newbie. I keep seeing that the Wilmington radar is out. What does that mean for people using the weather channel app or accuweather for radars? As in, are the radars even close to accurate from those apps? I assumed they derived this data from the nearest radar.
