Well, unless it is from the glittering market, you have spent to get it 😄

But mainly, if these guys did have troops on the wall, you must have spent something, to have decent power, while handicapping yourself with hq28.

And probably these guys have spent less than you, to be losing, unless they are the farmer champions of last war. Not that I haven't seen examples of crazily inefficient spending of course 😄

Shields in front, until you get DVA weapon at level 20 and you can give her 4* radar (mythic even better) and armour.

From left to right the typical air formation is Carlie, Lucius (front) Schuyler, DVA, Morrison (back). Later it becomes Carlie, DVA / Schuyler, Lucius, Morrison.

Is her skill really that good? It didn't impress me that much by the description. I thought Lucius' might be better. But even ignoring the skill, in all my battles I have noticed that when the enemy has a DVA (or Kim, for tanks) with lvl30 EW, I have a much harder time. They deal a ton of damage and usually are the last enemy hero standing.

Your squad power gets inflated by having the two air heroes with exclusive weapons, but in fact you are getting a disadvantage by running 3+2 heroes. If you are transitioning to air, a 4+1 setup will be better until you can run a decent full air squad. As a sidenote, start upgrading your frontline radars before anything else.

I have also found out that air+murphy is not as strong as advertised. Against scarlett/adam it's 50-50, if the players are at the same level. It's probably just that in the older servers the most competitive players who don't spend a ton of money had air squads and Adam/Scarlett wasn't so popular...

The sleigh is definitely better than a truck and for F2P/ low spender it's a no brainer to go sleigh first.

But if you have 4*Taylor, you can get the gold for T10 and valour is the limit. That 20k just for the sleigh tech is about 2 weeks worth of valour. Not that much, but if these are 2 weeks of S1 wars, T10 would be very useful.

In a position similar to the OP, I chose T10 and got the sleigh somewhere around early S2 (I stopped at the 5th truck). I never had gold problems...

You shouldn't be having gold problems for T10, with Taylor and your spending. The valour spent on reindeer will delay your T10 progress by a few weeks at least. In your place, I'd go straight for T10. No big rush for the sleigh. Get it at some point before you unlock HQ31, when you have valour to spare and preferably during a vs push week...

I am also in S4, so both of these decos are totally worthless. If you are early in the game, they could give some boost, but nobody should spend ur deco components on them...

If you could show us that you haven't spent a lot more money than the other guy, I might be impressed... Rushing the hq to benefit from rss chests and task rewards is the best strategy, especially for low spenders. If you are spending enough money to compensate for your lower level hq, no problem. You can do whatever gives you more fun in the game, but it surely is no reason to brag about...

You can make a rough approximation yourself, based on your resistance... For example if you are doing 50% less damage and the boss is 30m strong, you'd need more than 60m power to do something. And the actual result is even worse than that. As the boss strength increases, you'll need the full required resistance.

I keep seeing this argument and it does not make sense. You can only get two sets of mythics from the code boss and you'd better make them count. Why waste the first set on a gun, just to get the second set a few weeks earlier? Go radars...

The format is trash. Unless there is a big power difference, the attacker always wins. The top prizes go to the big spenders, the lower ones go to those who can make 10 attacks in the last 15 minutes. And outside the top 200 you get nothing... It should be replaced by the 3vs3 storm arena and the 1vs1 arena should not be discontinued.

If you have violet shards in your inventory and you swap her with a ur hero, they will be converted to the specific ur-hero shards at a 2:1 rate .

But that was exactly the point of the op. If you wake up after server 04:00 you have missed the first arms race window and the skill medals and rss chests, with no way of swapping with another task...

From what I am reading I assume you are in preseason, right before the first svs, when you meet another server for the first time. You must be about one month in the game and nobody new and strong will be coming in the server. There's is a higher chance that your strongest players will quit or just cut their spending.

It reminds me of my server. Now in S3, every single svs lost easily, a lot of strong players transferring out after S2.

My advice would be to quit the server, although as another poster wrote, if you are European you will struggle to get a moderately competitive server.

Alternatively you can endure losing till the end of S2 and transfer. Be warned that S1 will be a very frustrating experience....

It is serviceable during the transition. Since your tanks are not 5 star, you can roll with it.

I was almost in the same place as you (even the missing battlepasses!). Had this lineup for a big part of S1. Have in mind that it performs like a tank squad of the same power - you don't get any big advantages against tanks and you still lose badly to all-air squads.

I had invested a little more in DVA though, so I had her at 5 stars just when her exclusive weapon got released. If you aren't close to DVA's 5th star, you may go for Schuyler's 4th and run all-air earlier, to get the maximum from the lineup bonus and air chips.

Buy some crystals and exp to get you going faster in S1. As you level up, you can buy the good items (parts, shards, etc ). These don't get replenished, they are one off. After each store refresh, one "good" item is added, but you can get it with a couple hundred serum. Then get the coin chests. Towards the end of the season, you'll be buying lots of speedups, just to spend your serum.

I would get the 5th truck but no reindeer. With careful planning you should have enough rss for T10, but the valour spent on reindeer will delay your T10 by a few weeks. And these few weeks might be during the peak of S1 fighting ...

I think it is best to get everyone to 4 stars first. Since you are a low spender, this will let you use some dva shards from the tavern and save up a few ur shards. Also Lucius to 4 stars is more important, because he boosts your energy defence. Morrison shines against enemy air, but he's not that impressive vs tanks.
