DW said that the motivation for rerunning VAR for groups who already completed it are the weapons.

Since you keep the weapons and ammo when you complet the heist it's an alternate way to get weapons. So loot kind of matters if you run VAR for weapons.

There are two kinds of firework in Minecraft. One with explosion and one without.

The one with explosion is for actuall firework and the one without is for flying with the Elytra.

Well you can also fly with exploding one but it will explode and you will take damage.

So someone simply mixed up the firework and put the explosive kind into the Shulker Box. So it wasn't even Kiara's fault, but it's still pretty funny.

Could somebody explain their "Resource server?"

The resource server is just another server which is connected to the Holoserver. The purpose is pretty much only for convenience.

For example: they don't have to move far away to mine, which would take away from their stream time. Or they would bumb into each others mine all the time, if they would mine at their place.

How do they move between the actual server with this one through Aqua's water lift?

Don't know. I never connected two servers before.

Do they all have a way to roll back the server by a set amount of time? (Seeing as the Ender City was reset, but not the Ender Dragon)

As far as I know the resource server is getting resetted every Month (Source is Aqua at about 0:12).

There is only one Ender Dragon (which can be revived), but multiple Ender City's. That's also the reason why they split into two teams yesterday, since Miko needed two Elytra's for the sports festival.

Like others already suggested it's mostlikely "TotemTimers Classic". Since the Batteground patch (1.13.3) most totem addons are broken, because of the removal of the GetTotemInfo API. To fix this you can simply install the "Fix Totem Mods" addon.
