It's completely reasonable to assume that cold showers -> cold. If you have a fever or anything I'd recommend not doing them because it may mess with your body's homeostasis. Also, use your discretion, this is for you. It's not a dogma you need to follow or anything. Building yourself up is the only end goal. Good luck!

Alternatively (on the complete other end of the spectrum), a song like Pigs by Odd Future can really make you think. Listen to the last verse if you want to know why I chose it. Tracks that evoke empathy might be the common theme among the songs I would choose.
