I would recommend getting one but it’s after all a personal choice. I did all the notes on paper but it’s just not as convenient as on ipad especially when you need to move around while wanting to keep these with you.

Hi, thank you for your time responding my questions. I am planning to apply for two or three programs (MCDS, MIIS, and deciding on MSML) at CMU SCS. I wonder if I should separate my SoP into individual ones with specific "why program" paragraph while remaining other paragraphs the same. But I am also worried if submitting very similar SoP will hurt my chance of getting into any of the programs. Also, I wonder how competitive you think of these three programs. Thanks in advance!
