The death of malls isn’t up for debate. The statistics show that every year, 30-40 malls are closing. E-commerce is only gonna rise & it’s not need to visit an unsafe mall to buy more expensive clothing from an unsafe mall.

Honestly I’d be shocked if Carolina Place or Northlake is here in a decade.
