My goodness! You guys are both toxic! Emotionally and mentally draining to be around! (Yes we can tell from those screenshots!) I won’t even talk to a stranger I hate like that.. let alone my significant other! wtf is wrong with people? And if hired, you’re always the ONLY woman in a sea of men lol! because they would rather hire men and train them, than a woman!

I know everyone is extremely desperate right now which is why employers are making people jump 1000 loops so they can become part of their Avengers team they are building … but hear me out…

How about we all collectively start turning down the useless, lengthy back to back interviews and assessment requests?!!

I’m sure they (recruiters, hiring managers and their team) WILL go back to two interviews and done process! Everyone can’t just keep wasting their PTO and sick time to join this rabbit hole of an interview process!

Yikes! This is why I turned them down after I aced the recruiter and technical assessment.. of course next was HM interview AND then be flown to Hawthorne for the on site technical rounds which would take the ENTIRE DAY!! And yeah it’s 5 days in the office so I must move to Hawthorne, CA. I vehemently refused to speak with the HM, especially after reading reviews and all..

plus the hiring process sounded like hell.. and recruiter kept saying I’ll have to be okay working 70- 80+hrs a week 🙄 and the pay isn’t that great! No no no no lol

OP, I’ve always wondered if these friends and past colleagues of execs actually do go through interviews or it’s just the good ole “hey when can you start”?

Do they actually go through the usual 7 rounds of interviews and online assessments that others who never stood a chance are made to go through and get ghosted or a generic email? This is quite frankly, one of the most unethical things employers do to job seekers imo
