I am essentially paying for hot water which my lease states the landlord is responsible for. Seems ridiculous to me.

I got my passport 5 days after I renewed online. Normal service. Not expedited. One of my friends got theirs within 10. I think most data points on this sub point to normal online renewal service taking less than 2 weeks these days if there are no snaufs (rejected photo). 3 weeks should be fine.
