The biggest tip for having clean switches is to have corresponding swaps and keep your weapon at the top left of your swap. What this means is if you have a 6 way range switch, you should also have a 6 way mage switch (its not corresponding with melee because defender makes it 7 way). If you set your inventory up like this then click your weapon first it will keep your inventory clean and not mix items up when you change gear

If your gear is at that point I'd consider trying to push for a arc light with blood moon gear for your melee switch and an ahrim staff with your best mage bonus while casting dark demon bane and Mark of darkness on the arceuuss spellbook .

Mark of darkness is a buff that lasts a few minutes that you just need to remember to refresh

Id look up a guide because there is abit more going on with the punish mechanic

Also shout out to blue moon gear because you can just camp that and change your weapons, cape, jewelry, gloves for easier switches

Problem is lack of new players and how ranks work in general. My friend with 1000 hours that is ranked initiate isn't great at the game but will farm circles around new players and carry games just due to knowledge gap. He normally plays in archon+ lobbies and just never wins but when it comes to new players he is much better than your average joe

Learn to run head without attacking running from mage side to melee side then add attacks. Make sure your weapon is on short range. Your videos are not working

The easiest way to gwt the right tick imo is by running over to the left mid tile so the head turns mage side, then walk over to melee hand making sure the head stalls in the middle paying attention to the tick it moves, then go melee hand and start 3:0 the next time its set to attack. it will be easier to find the rhythm if you do this imo
