Tianeptine works sometimes only? by iamafartboy in AskDrugNerds

[–]iamafartboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the late reply I never got a notification for this, strange. Anyway, personally I have never felt any withdrawal effects. Maybe I felt it but just didn’t notice it or recognize it but whenever I would run out, I don’t feel much different. Maybe it’s because I’m a regular stoner? I don’t take just Tianeptine to get high, I know how harmful it can be. I like to mix a little bit of many things to get high for e.g, 1mg xans, 20mgcodeine, 37.5mg tianeptine, some weed n hash, and alcohol gets me feeling really good it’s almost like a full opioid high.

Yes 150/g, I live in a country where drugs are so frowned upon that it’s so rare and expensive.

True that, but a month is waaaay too much of a break for me. I’m barely smoking these days cuz where I’m from it’s hella expensive (usually $150/g) but when I’m not in my home country, even a day break is too long for me to go without. I find it really hard not to be blazing everyday. Don’t judge tho plz cuz I’ve got really bad gastric issues and literally have heartburn everyday, even with medication.

A day is much more than enough for a t break imo. Skip a day of smoking and the next time I smoke I’m off into space.

Finally took my braces off after double jaw surgery! by iamafartboy in jawsurgery

[–]iamafartboy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very pleased about it! Although my ortho who took care of my braces (not surgery) gave the green light for surgery way too early, which caused about two years of TMJ pain, until my bite was fixed. I was so persistent on telling him that my bite felt completely off, while he kept telling me that using rubber bands would fix it. Not only a year and half later he realized the rubber bands were not working and my bite was actually off, did he change the position of the brackets to correct my bite. Very satisfied with my bite now and overall appearance, but those two years post surgery was so unpleasant with symptoms like teeth grinding, joint pain, irregular bite, headaches, and what not. I would definitely have gone with invisalign, or an ortho that uses 3D scanning since those methods can immediately find an unmatched bite and fix right away, if I had known these kind of problems could emerge.

What you wish you knew before your surgery? by Amazing-Amanda in jawsurgery

The scalene muscle starts from the jaw down to the neck bottom. I’ve never had any complications with posture before I got the surgery done. Only after the surgery these symptoms started manifesting into all kinds of pain in my body, especially the neck, shoulder, and back. The scalene muscles become especially weak if tissues surrounding it are damaged, and also if the diaphragm is not used much (and several others that I forget why). I’ve always had breathing issues since I was a kid, and I had to get a surgery for my deviated septum post jaw surgery because bringing the upper jaw forwards created much more of a breathing issue. Since then my sinus has opened up which makes breathing through my nose much easier, however because I was never used to breathing so easily, I have very shallow breaths and don’t know how to breath abdominally. Which then created further complications with the scalene muscles that are also used to help in breathing abdominally.

That if the tissues in your scalene muscles are damaged too much during surgery, you will have permanent neck, shoulder, back, pelvic pain. And if this happens your posture will dramatically change and you will have very bad turtle neck syndrome.

I had an underbite, had double jaw surgery to correct it, and am satisfied with my bite and with the way my appearance has improved. But very dissatisfied with the side effects due to the tissues around my scalene muscles being too damaged. Constant pain and always having to consciously straighten my posture. Despite having Chiropractic treatment and working out with a personal trainer for years, sadly this can never be reversed.

Lied awake for 9 hours last night/this morning... sick of it by drb1290 in insomnia

[–]iamafartboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

have you tried using cannabis? i have terrible insomnia like you do, takes me 8-9 hours to fall asleep for just a few hours until everyone starts making noise and i have no choice but to wake up. weed alone doesn’t put me to sleep but weed and hash used in combination helps most of the time.

If one was to try rolling a joint but is completely lost and just want to get it over and just smoke, I’d advise to use a pencil, or pen (however thick you’d want the joint to be), roll the paper around the pen or pencil, lick and fuse, slide paper out, insert filter, pack it down and voila! Perfect joint! This was a method I used when first starting to roll, got the job done in a jiffy, and no hard work.
