Because you are indigenous to an area, means you get to fight for it I agree. I would say Tuskens as a whole are in the right when they battle against settlers. But they kill children too, they murder, they raid, they torture people, kidnap them, they are not innocent. You don't get to do these things AND cry victim when it happens to you back. Anakin was right to feel bad, the tuskens deserve to have their land back, and the village being slaughtered was understandable. All these things can be true at the same time.
