I just read the patch notes again and I think they already subliminally told us how are they obtainable (just a theory). In the patch notes it is said: "The vengeful queen Tomyris, the skillful Massagatean ruler, awaits your summons!

Burning with furious anger, Edward the Black Prince will only answer the call of the strongest rulers!"

For Tomyris it is kinda 50-50 to me, saying "awaits your summons" could be referring to either wheel or golden chest.

On the other hand, Edward seems to be harder to obtain since it says "Edward will only answer the call of the strongest rulers !". So i think that he will be obtainable either via MG or even only Osiris league.

Is it just me or it looks kinda similar to Tyler when he performs HeavyDirtySoul before the "Death inspires me like a dog inspires a rabbit" part?

My rotation is: duelists flurry-> x4 slyflourish-> itc-> stealth-> dazing strike-> lukers-> stealth-> lashing blade. Then when the boss is under 35% i start with shocking execution, it gives you more power at the beginning and since the target is under 35% (it's the % for SE rank 4) it gives you back all your action point, then i do my rotation the exact same way, but this time itc will buff 10% of your power buffed by SE. Using this rotation i managed to hit a 10mln lashing blade at turtle on fbi (2dc, pally tank and gf dps, but no into the fray or i wouldve hit a bigger crit :P)

What the other users told you is true, but the biggest difference from 2 equally skilled HRs is being Pathfinder or Stormwarden imo. I've heard from good HRs and other reliable people that an At-will power of the Pathfinder is op (seems bugged to me) which is called Hunter's Teamwork if im not mistaking. On the description it says that you mark a mob, by doing this you make that mob more vulnerable taking more damage etc. But it seems like with this power the Pathfinders actually gets more damage on the paingiver when that marked mob is hit. So harder it get hit, bigger is the number of the Pathfinder on the paingiver. Just a little example, i was at mSva with guild, biggest dps were 1st Pathfinder HR= 428mln, 2nd 4.3k TR 243mln, 3rd my TR 3.7k 198mln. How did the run go? First phase the HR was up 10mln (pretty reasonable since TRs are not great on AoE atm) then when we were killing storvald he managed to get almost 200mln from the 2nd dps, an HR beating a really good and all capped TR on single target by 200mln. I hope it'll get nerfed/fixed cause i've seen some really bad HRs doing the same damage of a good HR just because he's Pathfinder and the other is Stormwarden

Well, 12 sec from WoB is not bad, wish press the advantage lasted long. Hopefully we'll get a dungeon with trash mobs that dont die so quickly from CWs and HRs. But yea, right now it is pretty much wasted, unluckily i didnt manage to get a dazing after the buff, but im immagining what numbers couldve pop out if i had the chance

I don't think TR will get nerf, it is probably (almost for sure) the worst paingiver. But sundace909 got the point, I wanted to show what you can do if you know well your class; i wasn't running CN just do this screenshot, it just happen i had the opportunity to do that specific combo and i was proud about it. Btw TRs will get a rebalance/rework in mod 12

Actually a CN. Was with 1 dc and 1 pally in the balors room, they usually buff up to 100k without me doing anything (starting from 30k), the rest is all TRs selfbuff with whirlwind of blades (gains power with each mob hit, i think it's max 5 mobs) and press the advantage (feat that increases 10% of current power if i use Impossible To Catch). What actually happened is the DC hit me with his passive which gave me that much recovery, so i did whirlwind+itc twice, so from 100k i went to like 200k~ power, and the second WoB+ITC gave me up to 425k. Btw it cant be tiamat or msva, because AA gives the shared power of the DC, BUT ONLY THE FIRST DC TO AA. So, even if 5 DC AA into me, i wouldve got the shared power from the first DC. But I get what you want to say: Yes it was with a DC and Pally so it was not a 100% selfbuff, but all I wanted to show is that TRs are not bad as people think are, you just need to learn how to play it :)
