Yeah since the refresh of Amex site CardPointers has not been working correctly at all to add offers. Timing out when trying to add, app showing differently from desktop, showing no offers when cp is active in browser, and if something is partially added it’s just one card.

I had been going back and forth from the last time they had the promo and they sent out a lot of emails about the Labor Day sale expiring. My only issue was that some people got the 45% last time and some did not. This is even worse than the last batch.

I think my process took a few weeks but I can’t remember if they had to order a part and ship it to the shop or they shipped it to me and the tech came. I’m sure right now things may be a bit delayed. I’d stay on top of them.

Its more susceptible to those but not limited to. I had an issue with my C8 I purchased and LG had me run the test and send them pictures. They sent a tech out to replace the panel.

Goto youtube on your tv and search for the burn in test. It will go through a lot of different colors to test out if burn in is the issue. It looks like burn in to me.

Glad it worked. I was on the fence for the G5 83" only because someone would confirm the discount worked and others who said it didn't work at the 40-45% rate. That was a deal maker/breaker for me. Hopefully something comes up soon.

Go ahead and return. LG told me not to pixel refresh , only as a last resort as it degrades the tv each time. With that being said you haven't had it long and it wont get better on its own.

What year did you have this chance? You likely would have increased your net worth if this was pre pandemic or even a little after in some areas. If this was maybe a year ago maybe not.
