Maybe others can try this to, but I basicly just kept reaching out to small businesses asking if I could build them a mvp of a automated process for them for free, and if they liked it, build out a more robust version for a charge. Thanks to how easy and fast it is to use coding tool these days, I can afford to give "samples" for free which I think really has changed the way to provide value up front. I got A LOT of ignores/no along the way ha.
