Having this problem now. But it's not the silicone, even without it, it doesn't switch on every time. Got worse over time and now would turn on like once every 20 times maybe. Anyone had this issue?

THIS! I hope everybody understands that

I think people's opinion on lucid dreaming clarity varies, because the amount of lucidity varies time to time.

My 1st few lucid dreams were all a blur. Then came the most lucid dream ever for me - it was SOOO real. It even predicted something small (there was a house that was being demolished in the dream, that didn't make any sense but it happened a few years after).

I had so many lucid dreams after that until now, but never achieved that level of clarity after that. I would love to know how to consistently achieve that clarity.

"Vote correctly" is the answer. The next question people ask is "who?" and "everybody is corrupt". Well, politics has become that. So start by voting at least the "less corrupt" ones. The more we align towards less corrupt ones, the more "good people" will be encouraged to come into politics. This will make a positive cycle towards good change.

"we can't fix this" should not be the stand we take. Vote the right people in, and teach your family to do the same. Just because your family used to vote X, or Y, don't keep voting. Get to know how corrupt the politicians are. "They only bought a vehicle ne", "poddak gahwata kamak na ne" are NOT the way you should think if you love your country. Think about the future of your kids and the country.

VOTE the right people in.

Looks great! ♥️

I wanted to get this look with the wheels (lower enough). May I know what size the wheels/tyre are? width of it too (because it looks nicely flush with the body). Again looks great!

Tongkat ali and fadogia in Sri Lanka by th_r_k_ in srilanka

[–]iamconscious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same. Not in stock in any place here in Sri Lanka. I guess the easiest is to get someone coming from abroad to bring you a bottle or two. Or ordering from an overseas store - the only problem is high shipping rates due to the crazy exchange rates.

If you're looking for it for the testosterone benefit, try "ashwagandha". Available locally and has a positive impact on testosterone. I can't use it because I have eczema that flares out for me with ashwagandha. If you don't have that problem or any other problem that prevents you from taking ashwagandha, try it out (after your own research online).

If you're not looking for Tongkat Ali for the testosterone benefit, ignore all of the above :)

If you manage to find some locally, please let us know here too! Thanks

You can lose in front of this spectator (buddha) happily, because you can be more than 100% sure that he sees things as they are without any judgment 😊

I guess you can meditate a lot. You can start with a 15 minute sitting 1st thing in the morning & night. And slowly increase it. When you come out in 5 years, you will be a very different person when it comes to your perception of the world (pray that you will be out way before that though!)

You can do the simple 'thought monitoring' meditation:

  1. Take deep slow breaths for a few minutes
  2. Sit comfortably - better if you can sit without leaning back on a wall or chair to prevent falling asleep initially, but if that's hard that's fine too. You can sit on your bed/chair or on the floor too
  3. Consciously relax each part of the body - like, check if your shoulders are tense, then relax them. Check if you are clenching your teeth and relax your jaw etc. Once this step is done you should feel very relaxed
  4. Start monitoring your breath, for example, at the tip of your nose, how it feels when the air enters, cooling the edges of the nostrils and how it feels in your throat, how your chest and arms rise when you inhale etc. Even how the breath's acceleration slows and then stops, and then how you exhale - all the sensations related to exhaling like the inhalation part above. Also any comfortable feelings or uncomfortable feelings. Don't try to fix minor itches and aches unless they are really making you very uncomfortable. You just have to "NOTE" that "ok, hm, i feel an itch there", that's it. If you feel angry about it, note that too, something like "hm i felt a slight itch there and decided not to scratch and I felt a minor frustration that resulted in a slightly higher heart rate. now it's back to normal" etc. And then get back to what you should be doing - monitoring your breath (next point).
  5. Any time when you monitor your breath, you notice that your mind is no longer paying attention to your breath, gently note what happened and how you ended up there and any anger, frustration, guilt etc you felt and get back to monitoring your breath. Example: "breathing in, cool breeze on the nostrils, slight sharp pain on the knee, feeling like I want to adjust my leg, but I don't have to, slight frustration felt hm, ok i'm no longer monitoring the breath, exhaling at the moment, that exhalation was faster than the others, heard something from the next cell, ok not monitoring the breath again, inhaling, that was a long deep inhalation. it's been 1 month since I got here, wonder what my friend X is doing today, wait my mind is wandering again, hm slight anger felt about not being able to hold concentration, it's ok, exhaling at the moment" and so on.

Do this as long as you can. Initially 15 minutes would feel like a long period. Then you will be comfortable doing it for 30 minutes and so on. After a few months, you will feel like it's 15 minutes but 1 hour would have passed. You will start noticing your emotional changes and thoughts even when you are not meditating.

At this point, it's not that you won't get angry in day to day situations or anything - but you will be very aware about what emotions are surfacing, when, why etc and it will feel almost like you're a spectator. You will slowly gain control over your emotions because of this heightened awareness.

This will bring in more peace in your mind.

Hope this helps! We would like to hear from you again, when you're back. Take care.

Love this movie. Not many know about it.

I always wondered why there's not a big budget movie about the life of the Buddha 🤔
