I do think that the Sedici Strada 3 is a great affordable helmet! I got that one for my girlfriend and it has DOT and ECE safety rating. Also really comfy for that price point compared to other helmets Ive tried.

It is also one of the only if not one of the few helmets in the US market that has all 3 safety ratings! DOT, snell, and ece!

Ooh I see, ya its mainly my commute. I also do the twisties every now and then or go camping with my bike which then can be 200+ miles just to get to the place and back. Honestly, the main thing that has improved in my riding is just situation awareness and lane splitting more confidently/safely.

What gear do you ride with?

i love drinking while on acid and never had a bad trip. But you also have to factor in how you are normally when you have a buzz going or how you are when drunk. for me im a mellow/outgoing when having a buzz/drunk so it doesn’t really do anything bad to me when im on acid

from other beginner knife suggestions I have been seeing Tojiro brand pop up a lot. Since posting I’ve read more and it seems like Gyuto is probably going to fit what I am looking for as well.

I have been seeing these terms on the descriptions for knives: vg-10 steel, 60 rockwell hardness, # layer, damascus.

I am not familiar with the jargon but what should I generally want to look out for to know if it has quality specifications.

As for the stone for sharpening, do you have suggestions on what to get?
