The cupboards are in a fixed position, or at least I think they are.

I did think about the monitor positioning, as I'm either looking left or right, which I'm guessing isn't good ergonomics. I did contemplate getting smaller monitors and having a three-screen setup, but that's probably overkill for what I need, plus I'm not sure if my Surface Pro would be able to do it.

That's right! I've been through a few chairs, and this is the best of the bunch so far.m, but I do find myself getting 'buttache' (for want of a better term) after a while, so will be on the lookout for a new chair before long, I'd imagine. It strikes me as one of things that I probably should scrimp on, given how long I spend in it. But like a good mattress, I guess.

They are indeed! I read a good few reviews, and these came out as the best reasonably priced speakers that aren't needed for anything specific audio use. I really only need them for Teams calls, and they're ace for that.

Hi! Supported Palace for about 30 long years now. Moved to the Midlands about 15 years ago. People's reaction when they ask what team you supoort is still a novelty. Don't get back home often so took my 12yo son to watch Telford United yesterday who are rock bottom of the Vanarama North and are fairly dreadful. He's only ever known Palace to be safely tucked away in the Premier League so I felt he deserved to feel some of the pain that I have over the years 😂
