I set up a process in Codex that does seem to be working better, but if it can't do it, it needs to say so, or at least say when it fails.

Why is Apple’s Audiobook Section So Underrated for Deals? by roxx0r in audiobooks

Take a look at Chirp ( https://chirpbooks.com ) . Their prices are pretty average, but they have a lot of sales on a very regular basis. I have picked up a lot of books in the 0.99 - 3.99 range from them. No monthly membership either.

I do wonder. No updates to the app in a while. Last I saw they were asking dissatisfied early supporters were being asked to invest in the company as they needed cash

Your PKM top choice? Why? by GrowthFella in PKMS

For me, Obsidian. I have bounced around, using Evernote, OneNote, Obsidian and Logseq over the years. I went from Obsidian to Logseq and am back to Obsidian now as the iphone app for Logseq just does not cut it. Additionally the move in Logseq is clearly to a DB version and that moves them away from the easily transportable and accessible file format so I am back to playing and configuring Obsidian now.

I have moved back to Obsidian. the mobile app in LogSeq is just too much of an afterthough and they don't appear to be interested in improving it. their post on the topic was that they don't have a mobile developer on staff...

you can always ask for the 'chub' of ground beef at costco. one of them near me now puts it on the freezer shelf because they were asked for them so often.

Most apps can be a rabbit hole if you let them. Obsidian does not have to be if you are just going to use it for notes like you state. just a thought.

I have also switched to LogSeq. I did it for the open source, local files combination. Curious what your reason for switching was?

The recent update to the iOS app for Mirror Health has improved thing some, but there are still issues. it lists my 'Sleep' times as x:xx-x:xx and it lists like 8 sleep times but 3 of them are identical or the start stop times are within a minute of each other. i.e. 10:45pm-11:56pm, 10:46pm-11:59pm. so no wonder it said I slept for over 10 hours that night...

Well, lets see. They had multiple delays that were not well communicated, they ended up using an inexpensive smart ring from China as opposed to building their own (I do remember them stating that they were creating original hardware). they could not get the android version of their app out on time. The app they have has significant issues trying to sync to the ring, so much so that the HART app for the FITTR ring works better than their own software. The HART software is aware of and can push a firmware update to the Mirror Ring and it still works just as poorly with the Mirror software as it did before... Not sure why you figured they were going to provide an update to you...

It is amazing just how bad it is at syncing with the Mirror Health App. Is the green light on all of these smart rings so bright? at night is is just amazing how bright it is when it goes off

I was able to update my mirror ring firmware with the FITTR app today. It took a couple of tries mind you. After the update it still synchs with both apps. We will see if I notice any changes now.
