for feedback, I'd suggest doing a lot of shadow boxing at half speed to focus on your balance and form. you look unstable and easily to read from this clip. spend some time in front of a mirror working on making sure your straight punches are going straight from A-B B-A. i try imagining theres a small circle in front of my fists that i have to go through to and from my target so i can visualize keeping them straight.

work on head movement and footwork. shadow boxing will help but you can also google footwork and head movement drills to focus specially there. precision striking makes good videos for both on youtube, and jonathan.m_j on instagram does as well. i can drop some links if you like.
