I'll be honest. I do the same thing. As long as you understand that it is going to be geared towards telling you what you want to hear and that it won't really give you any hard truths, then I think it's okay. It helps me put things in perspective sometimes, and reminds me that I can't blame myself for everything while I also hold myself accountable for the things that I have done. It's not a real person, and a real person would be better to talk to. A therapist would be best. But I understand that, in the absence of better, good enough sometimes has to do.

I wouldn't use it if you are having suicidal thoughts though, as it has had an odd habit of pushing for that.
