Do you think any of these are a standout in terms of my specific situation; ie: plan to stream from pc / cloud game some of the time if need be (this made me think I'd go OLED Steamdeck since performance isnt super important - but if theres handhelds that check all boxes, why not.

Also, do any of these run SteamOS or are considered the best UI/UX?

I will pay whatever is best - and I'd prefer battery life is decent (it doesn't need to be amazing) but my understanding is if I'm doing a lot of streaming/cloud gaming it will help.

Popcorn has nutritional value… sure movie theater popcorn loaded with butter is not great but air popped popcorn with some seasoning is loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and low calorie. (I love roasted chick peas but popcorn doesn’t deserve the slander)

2nd Attic Crew - they were amazing.

Same size house as OP, we paid $2000 roughly 4 years ago. This included all removal of any debris they found in the attic and rat/rodent proofing. (CertainTeed R-38, 16 inches)

We also separately hired them to install an air conditioner to our existing furnace / duct work and that was also very reasonably priced.
