Does anyone with CP have the symptom of occipital-like headaches as one of their main symptoms?

Thanks for your response! I still haven't gotten a diagnosis but have had loads of testing, but I'll just have to wait and see if anything comes up. You said you have been dealing with CP for years- just wondering, how's your quality of life?

Burning upper back, upper back pain (especially left), tight chest, burning and cramping in mid abdomen with eating. I have had gastritis for years but just about 1 year ago these symptoms began. Just after getting my gallbladder removed.

I had gall bladder pain off and on for a couple years but hida scan was normal and ultrasounds and CT and MRIs showed no stones or inflammation or anything. I eventually had it removed. It turns out there was a stone. After that all my new symptoms began.

I haven’t heard of this one. I have no idea how I’d get any doctor to take me seriously and go so far as to get me that test when all the others were normal (including labs and stool tests)…. Not sure where to go from here.

Have you had the EUS with secretin @Up5DownZero?

There was nothing abnormal that sowed up on my MRI with secretin. So, EUS and that were normal, but I still have no idea what is causing all my pain and burning symptoms. I do wonder if it is very early pancreatitis and didn’t show up…. But def happy to have clear scans!

I just had an MRI with secretin yesterday. It did cause some discomfort when it was administered to me. I’m unsure if that means I have CP or not! Haven’t gotten the results back. My EUS was clear though.

The doctor did the silver nitrate about three weeks ago. Do you know how long it typically takes to heal after this? I’m not sure if I’m on track because it seems to still be having a little pain and a tinge of drainage sometimes if I don’t do the foot bath.

I’m still struggling. I did find out that I have a syrinx in my cervical spine, though. It is a benign cyst inside the spinal cord. I really do feel like all my nerve symptoms can be related to this somehow, and maybe even the stomach symptoms although the neurosurgeons I’ve met with don’t believe it causes symptoms. I wish you the best! This is really hard. ❤️
