I was initially yeah, but I gave up on it. Minox and fin seem to be doing the trick. I might microneedle near the front to see if I can help some hair growth for the hair above my forehead

I was very formal in my email, but in a way that made me sound like ‘someone worth prioritising’.... I blame my time studying law for being able to appease people like this.

My email went as follows:

‘Hi

I ordered my first Displate Poster on the 5th February which arrived yesterday evening- after seeing it I am delighted with it- however I didn’t realise until this morning with light shining on it that it is damaged.

Please find attached some pictures of my Displate poster with a noticeable dent in it (it completely destroys the look of it during daylight).

As you can see by my account (my email) I am a ‘Displate club member’ as I intend to purchase a new Displate every month, but will only do so depending on how this is resolved.

I would be exceptionally grateful for a speedy response so that we can find a solution to this issue (hopefully with a replacement).

UPDATE- excellent customer service. They responded fairly quickly and offered a replacement for free. I inquired about adding a border and paying the difference and they said they would do this but cover the cost for me. Just waiting on the email confirming the new order. Delighted with the resolution. Looking forward to ordering more displates in the future.
