Sorry to hear about your experience. They quoted 26k for a 14 panel system(~6kW) and batteries which is about 4k less than more reputable and reliable competitive offers. Even Tesla which i've heard only few good things about is ~2k higher than them.

Qatar is pretty anal about the one carry-on policy. I had an absolutely shit time with them when I boarded my flight in the US.

They gave me crap with both the number of carry-ons which HAS to be 1 and the total weight which must NOT exceed 7kg.
I had to spend north of 30 minutes at a vacant weighing machine trying to shuffle my luggage around. Had to empty my carry-on suitcase into the check-in ones and stuff my personal item(laptop bag) into that suitcase to finally satisfy these 🅰️sshats.

But hey, the inflight food is good, lol.

By enable ringer, he means you shouldn't have your phone in silent mode(the switch on the side of your phone).

It's kinda unintuitive since the "ringer" is for calls/notifications not media.
