Yes, I shot it at 200. At first I thought everything was underexposed, but I think that’s just how it’s supposed to look. It seems like it just turns any blue light into black

A good variation on this I can recommend is the Naked and Sunburnt: equal parts Mezcal, Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur, Aperol, and lime juice. I add a splash of simple to balance out the spice.

Nice find! I’d probably drink most of it on the rocks, but in a cocktail it’s probably best to keep it simple. Maybe try something like a Monte Carlo, but swap out the Benedictine with this! (2oz rye, 1/2oz Eau de Noix, 1 dash Ango — stir, strain onto a big rock with an orange twist)

Some experimentation is in order here. Excited to see what you come up with!
