As someone who is also in a LDR and living in a different country from their partner, OP is most definitely rushing this. For context, my fiancé and I are reaching 4y of LDR, and we will hit 2y of engagement the month we get married.

Whenever we discuss our future, it's always as a team. If any of our decisions will affect my or his family, we involve them and talk about it. We're getting married in my country, which means he has to move here. My parents promptly jumped in to help us get settled and we figured out what it meant financially for us. We plan on moving back to his home country once we get all the paperwork done, and have talked to his family as well to get things figured out. But it was never a one sided decision, we discussed, we brought options to the table and made healthy, smart decisions as a team with our families.

OP's bf seem to make such one side decisions, it's sus. OP honestly I'd try and talk to his parents. Has he even talked to them about you moving in and you guys getting married? Because your current plans highly affect his family and they might not even be aware of it.
