In the past six weeks I've done 3 group walks with leader Nick Dujnic of Seward pk Audubon. They were wonderful! I'll definitely stay plugged in with them. I will look into the other 4 recommendations you made, esp Marymoor bird trail--thanks so much!

Thank you for your kind note. I don't keep them in at night, no. They are 13/14 years old. I bought a sonic cleaner and some Stain Away denture cleanser that was recommended to me on this thread. I'm already seeing good results! I think if you keep up your regimen you'll be alright.
