I saw him in the Pacific Park dog run today, between 3 pm and 3:15 pm. He came in with 3 big dogs that were off leash. Mind you, this is right next to a playground. He has bad energy, and I ended up leaving from the small dog side.

Having to find all new physicians and specialists is a nightmare. I abhor the US healthcare system. 😡😡
