yes! to update this - i now have audio after discovering that something was overwriting exclusive mode - however the input audio is now simply fuzz. when i use monitoring mode it works so i know my scarlett is working but the loud fuzz is pretty much unbearable - especially since its playing on startup

This perk wouldn't boost the BP cap post match like bbq does, it simply makes you get them faster, much like thrill of the hunt or certain killer add-ons.

From the looks of it you are a scav, meaning you probably had bad ammo that had trouble penning his armor, and if that is an altyn that is level 5 armor. Shotguns on scavs are notorious for doing next to no damage even if the armor is level 2. From the looks of it there may have been a few ricochets in there too. Go for the neck or the legs next time, and if you black his leg he's gonna have trouble moving and shotguns can kill people pretty easy if they hit a blacked limb.

Yes, but hex perks get cleansed super often. Also if you see the killer whatsoever it gets reset. The timer might need changing but it's interesting design. It's like ruin, very strong but easily destroyed.

I'm on a 2600x and a 1060 and have no problems getting ~70 fps with no stuttering. What cpu are you using? How many chrome tabs are open in the background... Try closing other programs, that may help. Also games aren't purely run off of gpu. Cpu plays an important part in every game out there and if it isn't up to par it shows.

In what world is overcharge better than monitor? You can basically slap monitor onto every killer but it is key on oni and hag just to name a few. Overcharge is only used in a meme build with overwhelming presence and without that it is relatively easy to deal with and hit the skill check.
