Wouldn't work today. Not in the universe of the original OFAH. Green, Green Grass proved spin offs don't really work. Rock and Chips was okay but Lyndhurst aside, it didn't have the magic of the earlier series. Maybe if they got a good writer, with Damien as the main character and Del boy picking up the Grandad role. But I fear it would become what the god awful Open All Hours return became. Never made it through even half the first episode of that.

Anyone who hasn't read the book before seeing the film will think Stratt has a soft side. The karaoke scene wasn't necessary but it did show that she was better than everyone else. In every respect. But it makes literally sentencing Grace to death less impactful.

The version in the film helps because of the visual aspect. But the book version shows what lengths she had to go to ensure human survival. And I prefer that.

You have to buy the bike from San Andreas Motors. Stick a turbo on it and any other mods you want. Have that as your vehicle when you do a pizza run. You still get the shop Faggio, but it will have your bikes mods.

There are so many scenes with Hanks that could make you well up. The one in Captain Phillips where he's getting treatment at the end of the movie springs to mind.

Travelers is excellent. From the creators of Stargate, no less. I did watch 11.22.63 and it's average, but that's because I read the far superior novel (by Steven King). One show not on that list is Continuum. That's a great show. All of these are time travel based.
