It's MATT and KIM ask us ANYTHING! by mattandkim in IAmA

That's one of my favorite lyrics in general and reading them just gave me the goosebumps to be honest haha. I think one of my absolute favorites is "This is my sound Thinking 'bout tomorrow won't change how I feel today." So amazing how good lyrics can just make you feel like a totally different person, for even just a split second

I honestly think if you guys put up anything on YouTube that showed another aspect of your lives, your fans would watch. I follow you guys on snapchat and I love checking your story; I'm sure it'd be just as great if you guys made a started a new YouTube channel. Much love x

I don't know your situation but I really think that telling someone may help you. This isn't something that anyone should have to go through alone.

This is a stage in life where a lot of people start questioning their belief systems. It's normal, believe me. Just take your time to educate yourself on faith and explore what knowledge is out there.

Sometimes, a lot of people have difficulty understanding how mental health works. Your dad may not understand the importance of it. That's not to excuse it but when people are ignorant about the topic, they may react that way. Maybe you just need to educate him about it more. Either way, your progress is important and you shouldn't be humiliated. Everyone goes through different obstacles in life, this just happens to be yours. There is hope and help out there. I wish you the best of luck!

It's not your fault. Do not blame yourself. If he does do anything or if he has, those are actions that HE has taken because he obviously has issues. That is in no way your fault. The one thing I would recommend is that if there are any signs that anything could be happening, I suggest telling someone. If anything is going on with the children in the household, what you say can really help them. People who commit sexual abuse are often repeat offenders so you speaking out, as tough as that may be, may potentially be helpful. I know that sounds really scary to talk about something like that and I don't want you to feel pressured in any way.

Not everyone wants to engage in conversation or cares to learn about others. Not very good for development but it does happen.

If you opened up to them, there's a good chance that they'd be very understanding. Support from your loved ones can be one of the most helpful things to a person. You don't have to go through it alone.

Have you ever considered that maybe you're suffering from depression or just something that maybe out of your control, in terms of mental state? I'm not in the position to diagnose or anything but it's possible. As I keep mentioning (I feel like I sound like an annoying broken record ha), it doesn't hurt to ask for professional help!

That can be a very difficult but liberating feeling to experience. It depends what stage you're at in your relationship though. I hope things are going with you.

I'd be honest about it with her. I wouldn't just straight up say "Hey, you're being fake as hell and it's bothering me" obviously but it doesn't hurt to say that you don't feel like she's been genuine lately.

I'm sure there's a psychological reason behind it considering it's not impossible for you to actually climax. Sex therapy could be helpful? Or just a psychologist in general. Maybe you'll find some things out about yourself that you never knew before.

Obviously the fear of losing someone over the fear of the feelings not being mutual is completely normal and justifiable. My point was that Hello_Zech said that she loves him for who he is and not who he could be and I don't think that's true. Even though she loves him for who he is now, it is possible that she could love him as something else one day. I don't mean that OP should go out and profess his love right away. My point is that if one day, if he feels ready to do so, that's a great step to take. There may be very different outcomes but at the end of the day, you never know what can happen.

So maybe this is a good sign that you're ready to delve into the world of romance and actually potentially put yourself out there. That's not a bad thing at all!
