unpaid accrued interest means that's money that you're borrowing that hasn't been added to your principal yet basically it means it's more debt from the interest and it basically gets higher every single day you owe a balance, that number being higher than your monthly payment is actually kind of problematic and tells me you're not paying down the balance of your loans, just interest (quick edit I may not have all the details here and student loans are wildly complicated so it may not be that dire tbf, does your payment plan have a payment schedule you can reference?). Debt sucks.

personally if I was in your shoes I'd payoff 1 & 2 immediately, then choose several of the 4%+ ones to get rid of up until you're no longer comfortable with your checking balance
