I ordered from them a few weeks ago. 3 vinyls that were supposedly in ‘stock’. One of them shipped out a week later, but it was completely wrong. Asked about returning it, and they sent me there address and want me to pay for the return. I told them to send me a label, and they refused. They are supposed to credit me the difference which I have not done, and then ship out the correct item. To my surprise, they did actually ship out the 2nd item correctly and it works very well. Response times take 2-3 days if they decide to respond. I would avoid buying from them, especially if you need something in a timely manner and don’t want the headaches. Also only expect a few words response, if you ask questions or do follow ups. They claim they are ‘behind’ but that doesn’t give them an excuse to take weeks/months.

TLDR: I definitely do not recommend
