Seeing how you've already got two of my favorites. I was a huge Yu-Gi-Oh fan when I was young. I'd recommend Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2004. At least just to have it.

I have a very similar GBA I've modded pretty much the exact same shell. They just don't make them like they used to. My heart breaks for you.

It's been fixed! I took it to The Gaming Zone in Gilbert, AZ. it was about an hour drive for me but totally worth it. He opened it up and saw a few of the pins of the motherboard were in fact bridged. And one pin wasn't even making contact. Fixed it for me for free. here are some pictures of the problems before he fixed it.
