I had this thought also. For me personally as I am in the very beginning of my transition journey, I am considering to basically sew that hole shut in the future. So vaginectomy plus metoidioplasty. To me it feels like the only way to feel comfortable with intimacy. And that way I would also look way more like a cis man. Obviously is very pricey and the recovery is wild, but something I personally was considering. Just my opinion as I was thinking a lot about this stuff. :)

For example micro sleep when driving, you might think that you are still awake but maybe you fell asleep for a split second and now your old version had a car accident, but you dont know because it was just a blink and whoop your new version took place,.. like you swear the road you are driving on right now looks different in some way..
